PlanAids will not distribute personally identifiable information. We will allow, as needed, third party access when processing some requests. Payment handling is always performed by established, industry service providers that meet or exceed secured transactional data recommendations. Site collection is limited to preferred contact information for electronic delivery of announcements, replies, updates and registration confirmations. Privacy is important to all of us.
What’s required for my Sprint Activity?
1 hour.. Min. 15 participants
Are outside meeting spaces acceptable?
Yes. Sprint Activities can be completed virtually or onsite w/proper spacing for distance. CDC guidelines will be followed for in person group events.
Is pre-registration available?
If necessary, organization registration dates can be arranged . Day of activity additions aren't accommodated due to preparation.
Should we advertise?
Once scheduled, PlanAids will provide everything for communicating event(s). Social media flyers , registration details & your "Welcome Aboard" kit includes required promotion day information.
